TL;DR

Youtube Content creator. Harasses people on stream for views, Cat went to Japan, screamed on the train about "Hiroshima, Nagasaki, it's gonna happen again!", harassed a bunch of locals, sexually harassed a school girl, got hit, I think I heard the local Yakuza was interested in him (but that could just be the game of telephone that is the internet) claimed it was racism, got arrested, got deported.

Went to Taiwan (I think), not sure on this section of his journey but I hear it's much the same story, being an ass in a foreign country for views.

Went to Israel, was detained fucking immediately, and was deported within hours off the plane.

Went to Korea, Deepfaked a Korean idol into a video of them making out, harassed some locals, defaced a statue dedicated to Korean comfort women, got the piss just BEATEN out of him by some local Korean YTers. Got arrested, probably thought he was going to be made to leave but was told he would be unable to leave for quite some time because they're bringing charges for all of the above, plus I think there was some drug stuff. Adds up to a potential 10 years. Is pleading "I'm sorry, I'm just a young person (I think he's late 20's?) and I made an innocent mistake, I don't deserve this!"

Most of the internet that's been following his travels seem to agree he deserves EXACTLY this.

All of the above is just internet telling of the ballard of Johnny Somali. Turns out there's some stuff missing, and some stuff that might not be true, Just reading the link the other person put up, it seems to cover it better.
