My commercial cake pans. They can be a bit inconvenient most of the time but a few times a year they more than make up for the cabinet space they use!

I like my plastic lemon shaped citrus container. It looks cute in the fridge.

my cake carrier and other cake making stuff, especially the layer cake pans with the metal thing that slides around in a circle, makes the layers a million times easier to take out. I probably sound like a commercial and I don't care.

Not sure I have a favorite but I do get a lot of use out of my silicone tongs.

Rice cooker. I hardly ever stuff up the rice now.

My salt pig. It's a Le Creuset blue one and I think the colour is so pretty!
