Not sure whether you mean you don't have time, fannish feelings, or you're just culturally out of step with fandom.

For the latter, this is something I struggle with. It's even a bit frustrating feeling like the only person on Tumblr who posts in full sentences with capitalization while everyone else, including everyone I follow who's my age or older, is lapslocking the fuck out of their posts. It can help to create a "fandom olds" space where you have to be a certain age to enter (you don't have to actually enforce an age minimum, but just advertising it as a space for "fandom olds" will draw older folks in (and young people with the spirit of a cranky old person, which I think is perfectly fine)). There are some places on Dreamwidth like [community profile] fail_fandomanon that are dominated by older folks. It's good for multifandom entertainment, although you can't really make friends there. Other than that, not sure what to suggest.

If it's more the first thing, I think it's okay to just let your fannishness lay fallow for a while. Those feelings might come back later. Or they might not, but you can try to find something else to occupy you in the meantime.
