idk man, I'm here every day and the number of times a truly positive secret is actually shat on is pretty low. sure, there's a couple people floating around taking out their frustration on easy targets but general disagreement with a genuinely gray-area hot take is not omg prickly negativity.

the real negativity is on the secrets that say either the lovers or the haters are wrong and yknow that's exactly why people get frustrated and fight back.

I used to have private blogs that I vented/ranted/squeed on just to get the noise and chatter out of my brain. I still do it but with writing documents now and it's so wonderfully cathartic to just let loose where I know no one but me can see and tbh I think it's healthy to that to a degree. Especially as when I am fixated on something I kind of need to be able to get it out somewhere so I can talk about other things with other people.

So I don't think you're a looser OP, I think you're having fun and that's okay.

tbh same and the clips of it coming out don't look that good either. No shade on the singing, that's fine, I just don't like the style they shot the movie in. Everything looks weirdly washed out, which isn't how I think of Oz.

But the hilarious shitfit over the poster was cherry on top of my meh about it.

OP, do you *want* to make fandom friends? Because if you make all these liveblog/meme/etc posts on a public social-media site, Tumblr or Bluesky or wherever, you'll have a better chance of actually reaching potential new friends.

But if "basically just a private journal for nobody else to see" is what you want in the first place, that's totally fine! Not everything needs to be for an audience.
