At one of my jobs at a grocery store the assistant manager in the meat department had super long acrylics. I was honestly impressed she could cut meat with those nails. I asked her once if it made it harder and she said nope she was used to it. At my other food service jobs they wouldn't let you have long nails for hygiene reasons, I think it was allowed there as long as you followed the glove rules??
