I'm this way about my fanfic - I don't want to finish a story because I don't want to say goodbye to that version of my characters that I've created for that specific setting or circumstance, so I dawdle in ending my fics and then I wind up writing sequels to them because I can't let it go. Rinse repeat. It's stupid.

I feel this so much. I’m just a few chapters away from finishing my fic and I can’t bear to say goodbye just yet, so I’m already planning a Christmas sequel.
