It's surprisingly easy! I was looking at the Moosewood Restaurant recipe for Black Mocha Cake (reproduced at https://www.recipebinder.co.uk/recipes/black-mocha-cake/), but as neither my husband and I care much for coffee (which means there wasn't any in the house) I decided to try a substitute. The orangy notes of Earl Grey play nicely with chocolate, and I have had lavender-chocolate confections before and enjoyed them.
