I don't think the UK is a particular nuclear world threat? But maybe I just never want to think about these ever again.

Worse, it is a high profile nuclear target. During the Cold War the UK was slated to be nuked by both America and the USSR to prevent its use as a bridgehead or rallying point, as it served in WW2, by either opposing side. When Biden overreaches or Putin gets pressed too hard, we'll be nuked by ally and enemy alike.
