the entire soundtrack to I Am Sam. Worst Beatle covers I ever heard in my life. I don't even want to know the names of the bands/musicians responsible for those atrocities.

I remember this! It was shockingly bad, like they'd just called up a few buddies and said, "Hey, you got any half-done Beatles covers floating around" and put it together in a day. And I generally like Beatles covers. There were two okay-to-good ones, though, Eddie Vedder with "Hide Your Love Away" and Nick Cave with "Let It Be."
