This game looks familiar but I can't actually remember playing it.

I played it as a kid. I loved playing it until I got stuck in one of the dungeons (believe it was either the malosesum or dragon mountain). I stopped playing it and never beat it. I got reacquainted with the game later in life when I found a hilarious let's play of it by Gavaroc here: https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2F45290B8F2E5BA8

Also apparently the developers of that game (Blam!) didn't do so hot after the game was released. There is also almost no information about them online.

OP of the secret here!

I'd say that the game is good. It's no ALTTP but it's pretty fun to play and the music is okay. The game has some great puzzles , especially in the first half of the game.
The games unique setting (vaguely east asian influenced) alone makes it worth playing.
