I've got to nail down a Christmas menu ASAP so I can get started.

I know I'm doing a stuffed pork loin roast, baked mac & cheese, and scalloped potatoes, but not sure what else.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd do a vegetable of some sort. Green beans maybe? That fits the classic Christmas vibes of the rest of your meal.
