I'm so frustrated with clients who are told exactly what we need to prepare and file their case, don't get us the things we need, and then are asking us why it hasn't been filed yet. This goes double for detained clients whose families are the ones dropping the ball. I'm sorry I couldn't get him out before Christmas. But I need those documents in order to ask for bond.
