Not entirely? Some moments like Glinda giving her the cape are, but that whole extended sequence of Elphaba falling and then flying, and the random 'unlimited' moment were wholly added by the movie and kept shooting the momentum in the foot. The cape part and the broom levitating felt dragged out compared to being fairly swift in the musical too.
