Maybe not evil per se (depends on which game you're playing), but the uniforms of the Erebonian military in Trails of Cold Steel are pretty great. Any uniform that can pull off turtlenecks gets an A+ in my book.

Star Wars is awesome.

But I love that in Babylon 5 the Earth uniforms become the evil ones and the good guys make a new uniform.
