But I don't find Hibari dull lately, either -- mostly since Amano's started doing more with him, he's been getting more involved, and it's becoming more obvious that he's kind of a dork. (Attacking Genkishi for his eyebrows, firing Kusakabe for gathering a crowd -- that had just saved his ass! -- and I got the feeling that TYL!Hibari was purposefully baiting TYL!Ryohei.)
I wonder how far OP has even gotten into the series, though, really. She might still be back at the beginning where Hibari was often implied to put people in the hospital for no reason, or actually kill them. It's kind of funny that he got toned down as the manga progressed, and yet he's still Chuck Norris.
