If I remember correctly, Patrick Swayze was the guy in the magazine that teenaged!Brian and Michael were looking at when they fooled around that one time, but never finished, therefore leaving Michael with the perpetual crush on Brian. I could be wrong, though. It's been a while since I've seen the whole show.
