What popular foods do you hate?

I realized recently that I hate sweet potatoes. Fries, pie, whatever. It's such a gross food.

Anything shrimp or crab related. Have a massive phobia of them so I definitely don't want to eat them but I also hate the smell, taste and texture.

What is everyone doing this weekend?

New Year's is my birthday and I'm off work until then. So I am visiting my sister. We are going to the mall and just chilling the rest of the time. Will go out and eat Thai for my birthday dinner!

Pumpkin. I used to just tolerate it and eat it anyway, but recently I decided I'm not going to bother any more. There are plenty of other vegetables that aren't both mushy and weirdly sweet.

Seafood in general for me. And tomatoes by themselves.

Beef. I can't stand steak, mince, burgers, roast beef or beef stews. Something about the taste of it is not one I enjoy and I haven't eaten beef in over a decade because of it.

Also bacon, it's just salty and not that nice.

Probably going to go to my local library (they have a section on local history I've been meaning to check out), play around with Calibre plugins, and read an insane amount of fanfiction. Should be fun!
