M&S supersoft jumper - the disappointment didn't come from getting a jumper, because I loved their supersoft jumpers, but from realising that M&S had changed the production template that year. They're now too short in the sleeves and too short in the body, so it looks like it shrunk in the wash from the day you bought it. So, so disappointing.
