Yeah I do think that’s part of it, I don’t hate book Alina but being stuck in her head was… not exactly the most fun, while with show Alina I got to just enjoy her without all that bogging her character down a bit? I think some books work better than others when in a character’s head and for me S&B wasn’t one of them.
