What is your go-to Chinese take out order?

Mine is szechuan pork if available, something spicy with pork if not. And mala green beans. If I'm really hungry or want leftovers, I'll look for a tofu dish or something with rice noodles. You?

It depends on my mood.

If I'm after being very unimaginative but dependable: then special fried rice as I know it's tasty and I'll eat it.

Otherwise I love satay chicken dishes, duck in fruit sauces(plum mainly) or king prawns with spring onions. I'll split a rice with my gf though as our local Chinese take out does large portions and I can't finish a rice to myself with a main.

Also: gotta get some spring rolls and if the place has pork bao buns then I'll get those as well.

Steamed Mixed vegetables will feature in there somewhere. But otherwise, probably some type of meat (or shrimp) and broccoli entree, and hot and sour soup. If I'm not feeling the spicy, then wonton soup.

Cashew chicken with egg fried rice and a side of egg drop soup. Yum!
