Perhaps not everyone listens to the radio. Perhaps even some people who listen to the radio use it as background noise and don't pay attention to lyrics. Perhaps even some people who pay attention to lyrics don't have the brainspace to retain a memory of every lyric they hear. Perhaps some people aren't you.
