They could buff everyone else. Because let me tell you, Wakanda, the real Wakanda, is already nerfed in the MCU.

Comic Wakanda is kinda, you know, evil though. Like for real evil. I'd rather not have that.

Whatever their moral standing is, that's not the issue in this secret.

The complaint is that Wakanda is op compared to the rest of the MCU and needs to be nerfed. In reality, it's already been severely nerfed in the MCU—like incredibly nerfed. In the comics, Wakanda has been building towards a powerful galactic empire for years.

Top be honest, they coime across as pretty evil in the MCU too, for those who are paying attention to the things they actually do and have a knowledge of the region's history.
