SA I'll just go ahead and leave it here. It's customizable & my favorite egg-free microwavable breakfast sandwich.

You need:
- purchased bread of your choice (I like English muffins or medium size rolls) x 6
- meat: cooked sausage patties, cooked bacon, sandwich ham/turkey/whatever
- sliced cheese of your choice
- olive oil or 4 tbsp melted butter (I prefer butter because life is short.)
- optional but worth it: Everything bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Half your bread and lay out bottoms, three by three, close together/touching.

Put a portion of meat on each piece of bread. Then spread cheese slices all over. Top with bread tops (adding condiments if you like).

Brush the oil or melted butter generously on the outside of tops and sprinkle with seasoning.

Bake 10-12 minutes and then cool.

You now have 6 delicious sandwiches you can wrap individually in parchment paper and stick in a big plastic bag in the freezer. Take one out as desired, wrap in paper towel, and nuke 1 minute.
