I was never a huge fan of his, but jesus christ how does this keep getting WORSE? I know, I know abusers have their tactics, and famous people have even /more/ leverage, but how did he hide this much for this long???

Because plagiarism thing isn't true. There is no resemblance in his works with her works besides some MYTHOLOGY elements. This one post is making rounds, but this is just some shitty writer using tragedy for likes.
People deciding that nooooo monster can't be possibly a good artist is nothing new, but still is a disgusting thing

I was suspicious of that story because there had never been a PEEP about it before the sexual assault stories came to light. I'm not the biggest fantasy nerd ever but even I know who Tanith Lee is, so you'd think someone somewhere would've said something. But instead we get a plagiarism story framed around "See, he steals everything from women!"

I've seen this link on a reddit post with a title "he steals not only sex from women but words", something like this. Like comeeeee oooon. Raping women is more than enough on it's own ffs

I have heard rumors of plagiarism going as far back as 2005 - but a lot of it came from people who really didn't like Gaiman and teen me at the time wasn't entirely sure if it was true since the most I had read back then was the sandman series.
