I'm a FemShep/Garrus shipper. I like how they started and grew together and that they know each other so well. They have each others' backs always. And I like his voice and that he is a large non-human.

I ship Scar/Lex from AvP. It's a combination of things. Like the enemy of my enemy is my friend thing, that she has the guts to demand he brings her with him, the details of the entire mask off/roar in face/marking scene.

To be honest most of my human/non-human ships stem from monsters being fetish fuel and Predator sounds are catnip to me.
