Science isn't changing and evolving its understanding on this. It's still very clear that members of sexually reproductive species possess either small or large gametes.

There are just as many (very much non fascist) scientists who say there aren't actually more than two sexes. There is not scientific agreement on this topic at this point.
But you are so blinded by your ideology that if a right winger said the sky is blue, you'd say it's green just to not agree with them. There is no talking to delusional people like you who think just because two scientists from their own ideological camp agree with their opinions while 48 don't, that makes them right. You are not immune to conformation bias. And again, stop using words your little brain doesn't understand.
