Real: Ueda, Japan. Osaka if I have to go to a big city but Ueda has lovely small-city vibes and a reasonable climate.

Imaginary: somewhere in One Piece that has a decent chance of not being invaded or destroyed. Water Seven is sinking so hmm. Skypeia? They seem pretty safe up there and the weather looks nice.
