This isn't "possible" eating disorder talk, it's an eating disorder, period. You asked if this was a normal amount of food to eat in a day? No, it's not. Unless you're under 10 years old and you don't engage in much physical activity.

A more balanced diet would include more protein and vegetables, and relying so much on peanuts and peanut butter doesn't really make sense, nor does it sound particularly appetizing. If you're struggling to figure out what an appropriate diet is for someone in your situation, it's past time to consult a doctor for a referral to a nutritionist. No fad diets, no weird restrictions where you eat like a toddler and then worry it's too much. This isn't normal, and it's not good.
