So happy this movie had that impact for you! The diamond industry was built on blood and slavery.
Lab grown diamonds are better, but personally I wouldn't want to wear any form of diamond because it'd remind mind of all those atrocities. I unfortunately consume a lot of stuff that's made convenient for me by exploiting others on a daily basis, but I'm kind of forced to do it in order to live "in the society" (like smartphones, PCs, the occasional chocolate, coffee for example), but diamonds are useless so fuck 'em.

America is really speed running this whole fall into a dictatorship, isn't it? Vance is already saying Trump and Musk are literally above all laws, and it is treason to disobey they.
