Interesting.
I like Bones, sure, and Spoke and Kirk, but rewatching TOS, Bones is sometimes so damn nasty to Spock. Mocking him and/or berating him for 'not having feelings' (Bones, all Vulcans have feelings, they just don't express them/allow them to come to the fore! You should know this!!), and how awful, evil, cold, un-human, blah blah, Spock is.

So I'm really only in it for the Spock/Kirk.

Original TOS has one of my very few het ships, Spock/Uhura! They're delightful - they're both musicians, they tease each other, they're good friends. I was very disappointed in what they did with that in AOS.
