This is one of those rare shows where I liked both British and American versions. What a fun show.

He was such a great talent on the original show. I had no idea what happened to him until a few years ago when there was some article about his substance abuse/mental health issues which meant an inability to find work. On the bright side, he was with the love of his life right until the very end.

Agreed!

One of the few truly good experiences in taking Drama class in high school was the experience of improv.

I don't think I could do well on Who's Line, but watching it reminds me of the fun exercises my class did.

This was going to be my suggestion! There's amateur improv comedy, if nothing else. ComedySportz for instance.
