My most recent DNF was The Wandering Inn. I got to page 707 of volume one (56%) on the kindle edition and moped out hard. My only regret about that is that I had planned to read ALL of the Wandering Inn this year and ONLY that. To DNF volume 1 2-3 weeks into the year was a bit disappointing.

You got a lot farther than I did. Another one that is highly recommended that I just could not get into. That and Beware of Chicken seem to be everywhere in my circles and I disliked both.

Beware of Chicken and Mother of Learning are both constantly being recced and neither looks remotely interesting to me. And I actually really enjoy progression fantasy! I think it’s just too new to have a lot of great must-reads.
