Lots of them. Honestly I would never want to eat the food of just one country. I guess my top faves are Philippines (biased because I grew up there), Japan, Italy, and generally eastern European countries.

A lot of vinegar-based things which is where my love of vinegar foods started. Adobo is amazing. Of course lots of white rice in all sorts of varieties. Pancit is a noodle dish that is great too. Sinigang is a sour soup that is good. If you like bananas a lot, lumpia are a great dessert.
