Japan.

For me, Japan is the best. The worst you can say about it is that the Ramen can be overly sodium rich but you shouldn't be eating Ramen every day anyway.

I love the cultural portion control, and that your community helps you stay thin too. None of this "fat pride" America has, you put on weight in Japan and everyone knows it. I think we should adopt its national waistline policy.

Okay. First run for office, and then pass a bunch of policies that take all the fucking poison out of our food, raise the nutritional standards of crops and food products and make healthy food available to every corner of the country and make predatory companies and company practices illegal.

Portion is only so much of it. You can starve yourself and still be a fat fuck. Good shit is expensive and nutritional needs vary, not to mention they also change with age.
