So Trump says court's orders don't count because the plane was over international water. And Biden's signature doesn't count because it was electronic.

His excuses are getting more and more ridiculous. We need actual court sanctions, please.

He doesn't have to make excuses. The Supreme Court already ruled that everything the president does is legal. The real test is going to be whether they extend that protection to everyone else in the administration.
