Well, the secret specifically mentions being hyper-efficient/competent as part of this fantasy.

I think being a Super assistant for a boss with high standards would be a very different thing to any real-world experience where people have off days and weaknesses and all that.

It still wouldn’t be something I’d love, but I can imagine it working for someone else.

OP didn't say they wanted to be in the exact same position, with a boss exactly like Miranda. They said they wanted to be super efficient (me too!) with a boss that had high standards, just not as extreme as Miranda. That seems reasonable.
