No offense but this comment feels like nitpicking. The AYRT is not a fan of Trump and has acnknowledged things are bad, the "woke" comment was trying to speak Wako's language so he would listen. Cut out the tone policing.

I don't need people to use the buzzwords of the right to relate to them, I really don't. But you're right, I'm pretty sure that's what they were trying to do but more broadly speaking their tone was one of... mild rebuke. I took it as good faith and not an attempt to shame me, and so the worst I can possibly say about them is that they're wrong. And even then I don't //really// think they're wrong, or misled, or selling falsehoods they believe, or any of that. I think they simply have a different perspective on the issue, Maybe they know more people who are doing worse, and fewer people doing better. And I'm not inclined to dismiss their experience as cheap manipulation, Which I'll be honest, I'm trying to not be so cynical, but that really is how a lot of the scolding comes across to me.
