in 2006 my now-wife was smacked in the ass with a paddle while at a Yu-Gi-Oh photoshoot at ACen. She grabbed the paddle out of the offender's hands and threw it 20 feet away.

Physically and sexually assaulting cosplayers is a huge no in my book, dawg, even if I wasn't related to them.

They were a great way for people to hated yaoi and wanted it gone from fandom to make their case. So if you're one of those people who would be okay with sacrificing more innocent congoers to assault for the great cause of proving how evil yaoi fans are, I get you.
