Chocolate and ice cream to cheer me up or I see it as a nice treat

Potatoes in basically any form when I want any sort of comfort

When I'm sick, I like Jell-o and/or soup.
I like boiled chicken with lemongrass, lime leaves, and bay leaves, having the broth and meat with rice specifically in terms of soup.
