probably carnitas, since I just have to slap that bad boy in the slow cooker all day. I don't love the cooking process, I just like the eating part.

it's funny that sometimes a slow cooker meal takes too much effort, like peeling and chopping and thickening. measuring spices is super easy though, wham bam delicious meats.
