I think British TV Broadcasters would be better placed to survive the streaming era if they had not spent the last twenty years churning out increasing amounts of low effort "reality" tv crap. I want to watch, but really apart from Call the Midwife on the Beeb and Endeavour on ITV, that has been it. C5 was always crap, but Channel Four used to be good once...
