Context please? I youtubed Jacksfilms brian look out but didn't find the vid.

Probably because it's not a video on its own, it's just a short clip he semi-randomly plays during his streams and thus it ends up in videos he recorded on stream. Watch any of his videos on the JJJacksfilms channel and it will probably pop up. I've no idea where it originated, but I wouldn't be surprised if he originally made it for a YIAY video or something.
