I'm not sure this is something anyone here can responsibly and accurately answer for you. It sounds like something you need to address with your doctor. I hadn't heard about your car accident and I'm sorry that happened to you! Hope you're feeling better soon.

I did address with doctor, that's why he ordered MRI. He didn't tell me to go to ER. I'm just laying in bed, freaking out.

I'd call his office tomorrow and ask if this is something you should be concerned about, just to be on the safe side. But it wouldn't surprise me if there were more muscle/soft tissue injuries that might be exacerbated by stress.
