There is that one episode where he hacks into the computer to tell Kira he fucked her mom, and inspires her to time travel so she can see her mom fucking Dukat. And the most unbelievable part of that episode is that that call was that not being Dukat's average Tuesday check in with Kira.

Like, how has he not been bragging about that one to her for years; in the belief that somehow that makes him hotter in her eyes, to get some of the Dukat booty her mom was getting.
