I get this. I was careless when I was younger at a few points about my porn watching. Had to put on an act of repenting and being addicted and wanting to stop.

I don't actively dislike him. But he's not anywhere near a favorite character for me and I think he's massively overrated. I do like him and Leia together. And I like the Eu version of him that softens and actually ends up becoming a stay at home father. But yes, he's super overrated and there are far better Star Wars characters.

In general, he's not an archetype I'm particularly into in general, though. I'm more into straight up heroes and villains.

What are some character types that you particularly like? What are some types that usually don't work for you?

I adore characters who act stoic but have a heart of gold and love with their whole being. Or have a soft spot for one particular person.

I don't like characters who won't stop "witty" one liners and who are always joking.
