I've only done a LOT of tags for a long kinkfic. I think it's only fair to alert readers about the kinks in there (whether they search on those tags or are squicked by some things like...IDK...pee.)

Oh, I definitely think that makes sense! Smut in general benefits from extra tags, I'd say. It's other types of fic where less really is more.
