Kokomi being autistic is as canon as it gets though. Genshin makes a point of never saying anything is their real world equivalent but making it crystal clear and in Kokomi’s case the usage of spoon theory is clear.

But Eula is decidedly not autistic just socialized differently. And Alhaitham… to me he is based on someone in Hoyoverse. Which, well, likely place for autistic people to be probably but being autistic is hardly an intended personality trait I suppose. I think you can make a case for at least half the cast being autistic if you assume they are. Headcanons are great and valid, but…
