And tbh I ship Ian McKellan and all young men who have interacted with him in a sort of Ancient Greece pedarastic way. Because he's just this wise, elegant old man with this amazing voice (I imagine it as the voice of God, but like Sistine Chapel god. That kind of image of God as a powerful old man (slightly more fit Father Christmas?) in a billowy robe) and HEY LOOK NUBILE YOUNG MEN. ELIJAH WOOD. MIKA. YEAH.

I think I saw Ian McKellen in Istanbul one time. I stared at him (or his doppleganger) like a total creeper.

I went to a Mika concert a couple days ago and Ian had filmed a bit part for the opening of the concert. I legitimately squealed lol

For the longest time, I was absolutely convinced that Ian McKellan and Alan Cumming had done it. Then, I saw That Lollypop Picture, and then I was sure that Alan and Mika had done it at least once. And now this. OT3? Indeed.

I do ship it, and it's my canon as well. Even if it was just a "they had sex one time" thing, THEY HAD SEX. *firmly attaches tinhat* The creators and Lucas meant to put in little gay hints that would slip past Disney censors too, I wouldn't be surprised if this was one of them.
