Well, personally, I'm enjoying the show very very much - I'm just a liiiittle bit tired of Rachel and Finn getting to sing pretty much most of the songs. It's definitely not something that'd put me off the show as a whole, but it is something that bugs me (and most of the fandom) a lot because they've cast a group of people who can sing and now they're not using them for that at all.

And we're desperate for musical numbers with the people who haven't really gotten to sing yet, so you know, we can't really watch them anywhere if they don't exist ;).

Well, on the one hand, I find it interesting how they're beginning to tie in the Rachel-Finn lovecest into the plot; i.e. Quinn saying "What about the rest of us?" It kind of seems like they did it on purpose.

I think judging six episodes in is a little rash. I mean, I was disappointed that he was going to give Tina a solo and then you only see a practice shot and then she's back in the sidelines, but really. It looks like they're intentionally doing what they're doing.

I could be wrong though. But it's far too early to judge it.

Still I reallyreallyreally want Kurt-solo. :< Then again, he gets more screentime than some people who have more solos than he does. It seems kind of like a two-way street.

MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY. Last time I checked, it was called "Glee", not "The Rachel and Finn show". Yes, Lea has an amazing voice but there's only so many Rachel/Finn duets I can take. Why bother casting people who can sing if you won't let them sing more than back vocals most of the time?

It looked like they were kinda hanging a lampshade on it in the latest episode so ... I'm hoping that was a sign for the better =D. I want Artie to get a proper solo, it's crazy how much I spazz every time he has a line in a song. And I don't know if you're following the song spoilers but I'm so psyched for episode 9, it feels like my life will lose a little bit of its meaning when I finally see it XD.

NEEDS MORE TINA, THOUGH. Much more Tina.

I agree with you completely. They all have amazing voices, and I'd like to hear more from all of them. I think they will, as the can only strech out Finn/Rachel drama so long before they'll have to shift focus to other characters meaning musical numbers from other characters.
