If commenting has dropped off, that might be a sign that your fics are stuck in a rut. Look back over them, see if there are patterns you're falling into or plots you keep repeating, then try doing something different. Or ask someone you trust to give you an honest opinion. (Don't ask the whole fandom, though - some people will take it as Begging For Reassurance. Of course, if you're not prepared for an answer that isn't reassuring, don't ask anyone at all.)

All that said, if you do this, do it with the goal of being a better writer, not of racking up more reviews. And don't base your self-image on the feedback your writing gets. Public opinion is fickle. Fandom is full of the despairing cries of writers who pour their heart and soul into a story that to them is profoundly meaningful, only to see it get a tenth of the reviews of the 500-word PWP they tossed out in an afternoon.

Finally, if you aren't already, try reaching out to people in ways other than writing/commenting. Solid, lasting fandom friendships can begin when one person likes another person's fic, but that's never where they end.

I agree with this comment, particularly the part about finding friends outside of writing/commenting. I've been part of the fandom for a few years now and don't do very much writing or reading of fic, but I have plenty of fandom friends.
